Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://maproom.meteorwanda.gov.rw/doc/SOURCES/.WORLDBATH/bath/X+partial/Y+partial/%5BX+%5Dmaxover/%5BY+%5Daverage/dods')
