OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://maproom.meteorwanda.gov.rw/SOURCES/.WORLDBATH432/bath/%5BX+Y+%5Dmaxover/ngridtable/dods')
