Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://maproom.meteorwanda.gov.rw/SOURCES/.WORLDBATH/.bath/%5BX%5Ddifferences/X+differences/X+partial/dods')
