Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://maproom.meteorwanda.gov.rw/SOURCES/.Rwanda/.RAB/.soil/BLD_d/ngridtable/4+index/.BLD/BLD/2+index/dods')
