Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://maproom.meteorwanda.gov.rw/SOURCES/.Rwanda/.RAB/.soil/.BLD_d/%5BX%5Ddifferences/%5Bsl%5Ddifferences/%5BY%5Ddifferences/%5BX+%5Drmsaover/dods')
