Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://maproom.meteorwanda.gov.rw/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.World/.firstOrder_GAUL/.adm1_name/%5Bgid%5Ddifferences/%5Bgid%5Daverage/ngridtable/dods')
