Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://maproom.meteorwanda.gov.rw/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.Rwanda/.Districts/.dist_na/code_dist+partial/code_dist+differences/dods')
