Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://maproom.meteorwanda.gov.rw/SOURCES/.Features/.Hydrological/.Lakes/.MajorLakes/sqmi/1+index/.surf_elev/surf_elev/dods')
